Kiran Rajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and customer success sectors. Currently serving as Delivery Lead at Tata Consultancy Services since May 2019, Kiran also holds the position of Head of Customer Success at MetricFox, starting in March 2016. In this role, Kiran drives the growth and success of the SaaS product Ampliz, focusing on developing customer relationships that enhance retention and loyalty. Kiran earned a Master’s Degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune, completed in 2012.
