Omar Leiva's work experience includes positions at Metric5, Trilogy Education, and Edgesource. Omar started working at Edgesource in October 2016 as a Helpdesk employee and ended their tenure in December 2017. In March 2018, they joined Trilogy Education as a Substitute Teacher Assistant. Later in May 2018, they moved to Metric5 as a Software Engineer.

Omar Leiva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Post University, studying from 2014 to 2015.
