Riza Ramadan is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Metranet since September 2022, Riza has successfully designed a modular monolith architecture that supports scalable microservices, facilitating substantial team growth. Previously, as Head of Engineering at Telkom Indonesia, Riza expanded the engineering team from under 10 to over 50 and launched an Android app and its website. Riza also held the position of AVP of Engineering at Bukalapak, managing multiple tribes and implementing strategies that improved team performance by reducing incident rates. As a co-founder and CTO of PT Sangkuriang Internasional, Riza led a high-performing software team, and earlier roles included software development and research coordination. Riza holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics, both from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
