Nikta Pirouz is a seasoned professional in customer success within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Metopio since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nikta held positions at Kalderos as Associate Director of Enterprise Customer Success and Senior Manager of Customer Success, and at Odeza as Manager of Customer Success, where expertise in digital communications platforms and consumer experience was applied.
