Paddy O'Neill is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the VP of Sales at Metomic since April 2024, Paddy focuses on data protection within SaaS applications. Previously, Paddy held the position of VP of Sales at Kolleno for a brief period, contributing to innovations in FinOps. At Spendesk, from January 2020 to October 2023, Paddy managed all commercial teams in the UK as Country Manager and led the UK Sales team. Earlier experience includes working at Intercom, where Paddy progressed through roles from Account Development Representative to Account Manager, handling strategic EMEA accounts and spearheading new business development. Paddy's career began at Red Bull as an Assistant Brand & Culture Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Technological University Dublin.
