Theresa Dijkstra is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in performance measurement and attribution. Currently serving as the AVP of Performance & Attribution at MetLife since December 2014, Theresa leads a team responsible for reporting on approximately USD $650 billion in assets, implementing third-party software for performance analysis. Prior to MetLife, Theresa held various roles at ING Investment Management, including Head of Performance Reporting, where management of a team of performance analysts facilitated comprehensive performance reporting for mutual funds and institutional clients. Theresa has also worked as a Performance Analyst at Vontobel Asset Management, overseeing performance returns on significant assets, and began their career in marketing. Theresa earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Scranton.
