Pia-Valesca Milnes (Kottwitz) is an accomplished professional currently serving as VP and Chief of Staff to the President and CEO at MetLife, where responsibilities include strategic oversight for the Office of the CEO and leadership in financial wellness and wealth management as a product manager. With previous roles as Director of Technology Strategy and Digital Strategy & Transformation across various regions for MetLife, Pia-Valesca has a strong background in technology and product management. Educational achievements include dual MBAs from Columbia University and HKUST Business School, and undergraduate degrees in Economics, Politics, Philosophy, and Social Science from the University of Cape Town. Prior to MetLife, Pia-Valesca gained experience at Ted Baker as Supply Chain Manager and at Truworths as Product Manager.
