Nicholas Walters possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MetLife since April 2017 and previously held the role of Deputy CFO and Senior Accounting Officer. Additionally, Nicholas has been the Vice President and Japan Controller at MetLife Alico since April 2014. Prior experience includes a directorial position at Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. from June 2006 to May 2012, and Regional Tax Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from April 2005 to May 2006. Nicholas also served as VP of Tax at Lehman Brothers from 2002 to 2004. Academically, Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, obtained between 1993 and 1997, and completed education at King Edward VII School, Lytham from 1986 to 1993.
