Lois Gold is an experienced professional with a significant background in quality management and program oversight. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Program Management at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company since March 1999, Lois Gold previously held director-level positions in quality management at Citibank (Banamex USA) from January 1995 to February 1999 and at Citibank from 1994 to 1999. Earlier in the career, Lois Gold worked as Quality Manager for the Eastern Sales Region at both Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies from 1986 to 1990. Lois Gold holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master of Arts in Social Studies Teacher Education from New York University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Supervision from Teachers College, Columbia University.
