Gustavo E. Perez, CFE, currently serves as the ORM Lead Consultant for Latam at MetLife since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gustavo was a Senior Compliance Specialist at Eliassen Group from November 2019 to July 2022. Gustavo's extensive career in investigations includes a significant tenure at Citi, where from April 2009 to May 2019, Gustavo held the position of Director for the Global Due Diligence Program, overseeing anti-money laundering and due diligence investigations across multiple global offices. Earlier roles at Citigroup included SVP-Investigations Manager and Vice President, where Gustavo managed investigations and teams across diverse business units, focusing on fraud-related issues and security operations in North America and the Latin America & Mexico region. Gustavo holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University and is a licensed private investigator in Puerto Rico.
