Cesar Rodriguez Hernandez currently serves as the LatAm Financial Planning and Analysis Director at MetLife, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Cesar held various management positions at MetLife Colombia from May 2011 to October 2024, including Manager of Financial Planning and Services, where responsibilities included overseeing Financial Planning and Analysis, Procurement operations, and facilities management. Cesar also led Corporate Strategy and the Financial Planning and Analysis team, supporting decision-making processes with local and regional executives. Education includes a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from CESA (2015 - 2017) and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Libre de Colombia (2006 - 2012).
