Erma De Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA University. She has held various roles in the IT field, starting as a Senior Product Support Specialist II at Concentrix Philippines and progressing to an IT Support Engineer at LinkIT Solutions. Most recently, Erma has been serving as an Infrastructure Project Lead and IT Helpdesk Officer at MetLife Gulf since November 2013. Prior to that, she worked as an IT Helpdesk Officer at Al Ghurair Investments from October 2008 to November 2013.
