Raymundo Urzúa Assler has extensive experience in the fields of finance, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at MetLife Chile since July 2021 and as the Commercial Unit Manager in the People Area since February 2017, Raymundo focuses on talent acquisition and professional development related to protection, savings, and investment. Previously, Raymundo held leadership roles in marketing and communications at Grupo Crea Capacitación Estratégica y Comunicación Digital, and was a professor guiding a diploma course in live communication for leadership at El Mercurio. With a solid educational background in journalism and strategic communication from Universidad Gabriela Mistral, complemented by further training as a Professional Agency Builder, Raymundo exemplifies a commitment to enhancing skills and opportunities across diverse sectors.
