Marcel Coelman is an experienced Data Architect currently contributing to the digital transformation of VDAB, focusing on Data Architectures, Master Data Management, and Data Governance. Coelman has held various roles in the information technology sector, including positions at MN as an Information Technology Architect and at Shell as a Segment Data Architect, where efforts were made to enhance global data governance. Previous experiences include significant roles at KPN, where responsibilities encompassed leading architecture for mobile services and billing systems, and at o2 Germany, improving prepaid architecture.
