Sive Pausey is an experienced Economic Development Policy Advisor at the Métis National Council since January 2023, bringing a diverse background in community outreach and marketing. Previous roles include Manager at Baro Toronto, Marketing Coordinator at the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business, and Community Outreach Coordinator for the Queen's Project on International Development Alumni Association. Sive has also provided customer service at Common Ground Coffee, The Slip, and Sunset Grill, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills across various roles. Early career experiences include Head Counsellor at Unicamp of Ontario and Swim Instructor at Mayfair Clubs. Sive earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Global Development from Queen's University, graduating in 2021.
