Oleksandr Kul is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment management, and financial advisory. Currently serving as the M&A and Investment Senior Manager at Metinvest since November 2021, Oleksandr previously held the position of Senior Associate at Altius Capital, a leading M&A advisory firm in Ukraine, from October 2019 to November 2021. Prior roles include Consultant in Financial Advisory at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed financial due diligence across various sectors, and Business Analyst at B.RIGHT | Strategy Consulting, focusing on M&A and corporate finance. Oleksandr holds a Master’s Degree in Finance, Investment and Banking from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and has completed additional studies in forensic investigation and system dynamics at Norwegian School of Economics and the University of Bergen, among other institutions.
