Maksym Tarashevskyi currently serves as the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Metinvest since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in internal audit functions developed during a 15-year tenure at METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine Ltd., where roles included Head of Internal Audit and Corporate Security Manager. At METRO, Maksym led the internal audit team, implemented audit strategies aligned with IIA standards, and was instrumental in various audit projects and risk management processes. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from the State University of Technology and Infrastructure and a Manager degree in Economics from Kyiv State Maritime Academy.
