Max Trokai is currently the Head of IT L&D Department at Metinvest Digital since May 2021. Prior to this, Max worked as the Head of E-learning Department at KT Ukraine and as an E-learning general specialist at JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”. Max also has experience working as a UX/UI Designer at StartUp CarGoo, a Business Trainer at MD Fashion, a Team Manager at Junior Tech, and a Consulting engineer in 3D printing at ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ. Max has a strong background in implementing and supporting distance learning systems and has experience in various roles such as business conception, development strategy analysis, and personnel training and development.
