Alexander Timoshenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Alexander is currently working as the Head of Delivery at Metinvest Digital. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Director at Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services, where they managed multiple software development engagements for clients in the financial industry. Alexander also has experience as the Company Owner and General Manager of Engineering Center and robotic academy "Robot Good," where they successfully launched and expanded various engineering and educational businesses. Alexander Timoshenko has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked as the COO at TAS Insurance group and Insurance Group "Kapital." In these roles, they managed company operations, implemented strategic changes, and developed IT systems to improve efficiency. Alexander has also held positions at JSC Vimpelcom, Protec, UMC (MTS - Ukraine, Vodafone), and Kvazar-Micro, where they had various leadership roles and responsibilities related to project management, business development, and IT.

Alexander Timoshenko obtained a Master of Science with honors in Computer Science from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute between 1988 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications, including "Machine Learning in Business" from MIT Sloan School of Management in April 2020, "Business Strategy and Financial Performance" from INSEAD Executive Education in January 2020, and "Innovation in the Age of Disruption" from INSEAD Executive Education in July 2019.
