Susan Smith currently serves as the New England Office Manager and Service Administrator at Methods Machine Tools, Inc., a position held since April 2020. Previously, Susan accumulated extensive experience at The TJX Companies, Inc. from September 1986 to September 2018, where roles included Technical Manager, File Transfer Supervisor, Senior File Transfer Analyst, and Lead Coordinator during the first decade. Susan is a graduate of Framingham High School, earning a high school diploma from 1981 to 1985.
