Mr. Sauls has been associated with the electric utility industry for more than 30 years supporting business development and program management. He is responsible for focusing on strategic partnerships with water and electric organizations and providing direction on the company’s strategic focus in service to public utilities across the United States.

He is a 20-year member of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association and has served on it’s Board of Directors. Mr. Sauls is a graduate of Barton College, the University of South Florida’s Economic Development Basic School, and the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute.
