Amund Isaksen began their work experience in 2019 as a 1st Line IT-support at the University of Oslo (UiO). Amund contributed in this role until July 2023.

From August 2023, they joined the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (Meteorologisk institutt) as a Software Developer.

From 2021 to 2023, Amund Isaksen attended the University of Oslo (UiO) and pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioinformatics.
