Era Hoxha began working as a Communications Assistant at Chaotic Studio in October 2017 and stayed in this role until April 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Internet Marketing Assistant at Bojken Consulting L.L.C from April to October. Era then joined TV Kanal10 as a Journalist in August 2020 and continued in this role until September 2021. Currently, Era is employed as a Social Media Manager at MetDaan, starting in December 2021.

Era Hoxha completed their high school education at ''Sami Frasheri'' High School in Pristina from 2015 to 2017. Era obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Social Sciences during this period. Following their completion of high school, from 2017 to 2020, Era Hoxha pursued their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at the Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina".
