Gabor Hovanyi is a seasoned professional in the visual effects industry, currently serving as a Senior VFX Product Manager at Metaphysic.ai since July 2023. Previously, Gabor worked at Framestore as a Senior Pipeline TD from June 2022 to July 2023, and at Method Studios as a Lead Pipeline TD and Pipeline TD between September 2016 and June 2022. Gabor's experience also includes roles at MPC as a Comp TD, Framestore as a Lead Compositor, and Cinesite as a Senior Stereo TD/Compositor, contributing to notable projects such as "World War Z" and "Star Trek: Into Darkness." Early career positions include work at umbrella.tv as a TD/Lead Compositor and freelance compositing roles. Gabor holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Eötvös Loránd University, completed in 2008.
