Himagauri Kashalikar is currently the Chief People Officer at MetaMorphoSys Technologies. Prior to their current role, Himagauri was an independent Coach, Facilitator, and Behavioural Skill Builder. Before that, Himagauri worked as an HR Consultant at iTeach Movement, where Himagauri focused on making teaching an aspirational profession. Himagauri's experience also includes being a Teaching Fellow at Teach For India and a Manager - HR at PRGX. Additionally, Himagauri held the position of Assistant Manager at Mastek and Executive-HR at Satyam Infoway. Himagauri holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Development, Human Resources Management and Services from the Institute Of Finance And International Management, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
