Giovanni Cianciaruso is currently working as the Lead Content Developer at MetaCTF Inc., where they manage a team of content developers and plans custom CTF problem sets for events. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked as the Director of Technology at Refurnished from 2020 to 2023. Giovanni also completed internships at Amazon Web Services, Qualys, FireEye, and Verodin, where they worked as a Security Engineering Intern, Strategic Alliances Intern, Software Engineer Intern, and Software and Consulting Intern, respectively.

From 2019 until 2022, Giovanni Cianciaruso attended the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
