Gerry Haines is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in business, finance, strategy, and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Metabolon, Inc. since 2022, Gerry has been instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy and securing substantial funding, including leading two rounds of Series D financing totaling over $140 million. Previously, Gerry held leadership roles at several companies, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Impulse Dynamics, where responsibilities included overseeing financial strategy for a pioneering medical device firm, and Executive Vice President and CFO at Mercury Systems, which involved transforming the financial model to drive significant growth. Additional experience includes executive positions at Verenium Corporation, Enterasys Networks, and Applied Extrusion Technologies, as well as a foundation as a corporate attorney and financial analyst.
