Yashar Bayani is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Production Systems Engineering at Meta since March 2022. Prior to this role, Yashar spent over a decade at Facebook, where responsibilities included positions as Senior Production Systems Manager and Technical Lead Manager for Storage Systems, focusing on the development and implementation of systems across Compute, Storage, Network, and AI. Early career experiences include roles as an Electronics Technician at Christie Digital Systems, consulting engineering at The Walter Fedy Partnership, and hardware engineering positions at Sandvine.
