Yaron Kretchmer is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and management. As a Senior Manager at Meta since January 2025, Yaron previously held various senior roles, including Sr. Manager for ML TPU Compilers at Google, where Yaron successfully grew and restructured the XLA team. Yaron's expertise extends to senior director roles at Intel Corporation, focusing on design infrastructure and cloud enablement, and director positions at Qualcomm, where Yaron managed big data solutions for semiconductor engineering. Yaron's extensive experience also includes key positions at Altera, LSI, and IDF, emphasizing engineering infrastructure, methodology, and power management innovations. Yaron holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a B.Sc. from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
