Yael Kiselman is a data scientist with extensive experience in designing and implementing machine learning models across various industries. Currently at Meta since January 2025, Kiselman previously worked at Digital Turbine from January 2023 to January 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development and optimization of machine learning algorithms for user engagement strategies. Kiselman's earlier experience at Meta involved deploying predictive models and performing exploratory data analysis. Prior to that, Kiselman served as a data analyst at KLA, focusing on monitoring business metrics and delivering insights across departments. An initial background in intelligence analysis as an English translator in the Israeli Intelligence Corps rounded out Kiselman's diverse skill set. Kiselman holds a Master of Science in Data Science & Machine Learning and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
