Tal Arbel is a seasoned Product Manager currently employed at Meta since September 2024. Previously, Tal served as Chief Product Officer at XRHealth from March 2017 to September 2024, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative VR products for healthcare that enhance physical and cognitive rehabilitation, mental health, and pain management. Tal also held roles as VP of Products and Head of Data & AI at XRHealth, managing a diverse team and leading data initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd and co-founding Adro Technologies, an Israeli startup focused on advanced gas transportation solutions. Tal holds a Master's in Business Administration from Reichman University, a Technion Certified Data Scientist credential, and a Bachelor's in Information Technologies Management from Ben-Gurion University, with ongoing education at Infinify's Product Leadership Institute.
