Sidhartha's career began at Hewitt Associates as a Total Rewards Consultant, focusing on compensation programs for clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Retail sectors. Sidhartha holds a PGPM in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Sc. in Statistics from Delhi University.
