Ria Laurent-Hughes is a seasoned professional currently serving as Co-Chair of the Black@EMEA Network at Meta, where Ria focuses on enhancing the professional and personal experiences of the black community through empowerment and opportunities. Ria's experience includes roles as GRC Program Manager and Privacy Program Manager at Facebook, directing initiatives in global privacy and compliance, while also contributing to organizational diversity through leadership in various networks. Ria holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from Coventry University. Ria has a strong commitment to community service and mentorship, demonstrated through ongoing involvement with SEO London and previously as Chair of the Women Empowered Network at Cognizant.
