Pratima Gluckman is an experienced engineering manager currently working at Meta since June 2022 and co-founding Innovation for Youth in January 2017, focusing on engaging young women in STEM. Prior to Meta, Pratima held senior engineering manager positions at Rivian, LinkedIn, and VMware, where responsibilities included leading teams delivering significant projects and managing features for cloud software solutions. Pratima's career began with software engineering roles at various companies, including Cast Iron Systems, Adomo Inc, and SAP Labs. Pratima holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and both a Bachelor's in Instrumentation Engineering and a Master's in Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
