Peggy Marie Alford is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and board governance. Currently, Alford serves as a Board Member at Meta, where responsibilities include chairing the Compensation, Nomination & Governance Committee and participating in various oversight committees. Previously, Alford held significant leadership positions at PayPal, including Executive Vice President for Global Sales and Merchant Services and senior vice president roles that encompassed human resources and regional operations. Alford's prior experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and holding key roles at eBay and Rent.com, developing financial strategies and overseeing operations. Alford began their career at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Manager in Auditing and Business Consulting after earning a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
