Paula Ziegert Maron currently serves as the Head of Global Client Investment in the Global Business Group at Meta, leading the Client Incentives team since October 2022. Concurrently, Paula has been a Guardian at AngelUs Professional Network for Women since March 2021, supporting women's professional development. Previous experience includes roles such as PTA Board Member at Glenville School and Board Member at Ready To Empower, focused on empowering at-risk women. Paula held multiple senior leadership positions at Visa from 2013 to 2022, driving global marketing strategies and brand initiatives. Earlier roles include management positions in digital marketing at organizations like BRF, dentsu mcgarrybowen, and Isobar, as well as consultancy work with Value Partners and Integration Consulting. Paula holds an Executive Education degree in Change Management from Cornell University, along with other qualifications in branding and telecommunications engineering.
