Ming-Yee Ma is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of APAC Employment Law at Meta since July 2018. Previously, Ming-Yee held various roles at Ashurst, including Senior Associate in Employment and Industrial Relations from October 2010 to June 2018. Additional experience includes secondment positions as Employee Relations Consultant at ResMed and Industrial Relations Manager at Qantas Airways. Ming-Yee Ma holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours in History from the University of Sydney.
