Mehdi El Hajoui currently serves as the Director and Head of Product Management for Monetization Responsibility & Privacy at Meta, leading a team of over 30 product managers and indirectly overseeing more than 500 engineers since June 2018. Mehdi has also held a board member position at Eye Care Leaders and previously worked at Dropbox as Head of Business Strategy, where responsibilities included strategic planning and driving projects across multiple business functions. Prior experience includes roles at Partners in Performance and Boston Consulting Group, where Mehdi contributed to numerous projects and played a pivotal role in launching BCG’s offices in Dubai and Casablanca. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Operations from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
