Mateo Nava is a Product Designer at Meta since November 2024, with extensive experience in designing user experiences. Previously, at Novo from October 2021 to November 2024, Mateo served as Lead Product Designer, successfully enhancing user integration experiences and defining key product strategies that contributed to significant improvements in customer engagement and the company's growth. Prior roles included positions as Senior and Product Designer at Novo, along with co-founding Tayer Studio and working as a UX Designer intern at Amazon. Mateo's teaching experience spans design education for high school students and facilitating programs at various institutions. Academically, Mateo holds a Master's degree in UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The Cooper Union.
