Lucía Arévalo Valeta is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and program management. Currently serving as a Full Cycle Recruiter & Program Manager at Meta since November 2023, Lucía previously held the position of University Recruiter focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from January 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Facebook as a University Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator, as well as recruiting and business operations at MGD Interview Training & Recruiting Consulting, LLC. Lucía has also worked in community-focused roles, such as a Community Coordinator at Pacific Workplaces and a Youth Specialist at Women's Center - Youth & Family Services. Lucía began the professional journey in education as a Preschool Teacher and Student Teacher. Lucía holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA.
