Lena Ryan is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on labor and employment law. Currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Meta since October 2013, Lena has held various titles within the Employment Law Team, including Associate General Counsel and Lead Counsel. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, specializing in employment law, and a law clerk position for the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz at the Arizona Supreme Court. Lena earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, in 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Arizona, completed in 2004.
