Alessia Melasecche Germini serves as the Chief Executive Officer at META Group, overseeing initiatives that bridge research and innovation with practical applications across Europe. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Alessia has held various leadership roles, including the Horizon Results Booster Manager, where efforts focus on maximizing the impact of EU-funded research projects. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at META, Senior Expert across multiple exploitation support services, and various evaluator roles within the European Commission and other agencies. Alessia is also a former Marketing Adjunct Professor at Università degli Studi di Perugia and holds both a Bachelor’s and PhD in Economics from the same institution.
