Maria Gutman has extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member and Secretary at Mesuron Inc since June 2017, Maria previously held leadership roles at CARiD as Head of Human Resources and at PepsiCo as Global Director of HR Business Partner for Design, Marketing, Insights, and Content Groups, where key contributions included establishing a global design function and enhancing people management solutions for over 400 senior executives. Additional roles at PepsiCo involved strategic HR support in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, as well as leading a Talent Acquisition redesign in Russia. Prior experiences include Global Talent Management Leader at Harman International and various HR positions at General Electric and NYSERDA. Maria holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Marketing and Management from Union College, along with a certificate in Human Resources.
