Annica Janius has extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as a Customer Support Agent at Mestro since January 2021. Concurrently, Annica is a student at Frans Schartaus Handelsinstitut, a position held since April 2020. Previous roles include a Booking Agent at Svenska Turistföreningen, a Group Coordinator and Junior Revenue Manager at Scandic Hotels, and a Trainee at Hotel At Six.
