Michael Barrasso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development within the industrial gases sector. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at Messer Americas since March 2019, Barrasso focuses on merchant, onsite, and tonnage industrial gas plant investment projects across North and South America. Previously, Barrasso held roles at Linde, which is now Messer Americas, from November 2004 to March 2019, specializing in the sales and marketing of global onsite plant business. Earlier contributions at BOC Gases included developing marketing strategies for emissions control technology and managing the onsite nitrogen generator business. Barrasso holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
