Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Wolf Corporation, a mattress manufacturer. Before that, they worked as an Investment & Real Estate Manager at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC and as an Operations Manager at Ambassador Steel Corporation. Bruce also gained experience as a Controller at Invisible Technologies and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Bruce started their career as a Staff Auditor at KPMG. Throughout their career, they have worked with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care, financial institutions, real estate, universities, and retail. Bruce has expertise in SEC reporting, international companies, and privately-held companies.
Bruce Smith, CPA, completed their high school education at Lakewood Park Christian School from 1984 to 1988. Bruce then proceeded to Indiana Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Business Administration from 1988 to 1992. In 1995, Bruce obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Indiana. Furthermore, in August 2016, they completed the American Management Association's Course on Mergers and Acquisitions and received a Certificate of Completion.
