Sarika Gonsalves serves as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Messe Muenchen India since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sarika was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Birla Open Minds from February 2020 to January 2022, and also held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at VIBGYOR High from September 2015 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, Sarika worked as an Assistant Manager of Recruitment at Mastek Ltd from August 2008 to February 2015 and as a Senior Executive at First Advantage from November 2005 to August 2008. Sarika holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Mumbai University.
