Joseph Villarreal has significant experience in technical support and application analysis, currently serving as Technical Support Team Lead at MessageMedia since July 2021, after previously holding the role of Technical Support Specialist. Prior to MessageMedia, Joseph worked as an Application Analyst at TOPS Software Corporation from September 2017 to July 2021 and held the position of Help Desk Tier 2 at Seamless Solutions for a brief period in 2017. Joseph's career began at Microsoft, where from September 2014 to April 2017, services were provided as a Consumer Services Advisor, focusing on helping customers effectively utilize Microsoft technology. Joseph is an alumnus of San Jacinto College, specializing in Information Technology, following education at Calallen High School from 2010 to 2012.
