Allison Hausmann, M.Ed., is an experienced educational diagnostician and special education professional currently working with Mesquite Independent School District since July 2014. In this role, Allison provides support facilitation and Modified TEKS instruction, develops assessment-based Individualized Education Plans, and chairs the Special Education department. Responsibilities include managing communication with parents, facilitating ARD meetings, and implementing behavior intervention plans. Prior experience includes serving as a consultant/site manager and clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, where focus was on cognitive processing and instructional oversight. Additionally, Allison has worked as a Children's Program Assistant at Family Gateway. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with Special Education emphasis and Educational Diagnostician Certification from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Austin College.
