Roy Franklin is the Operations Superintendent at Mesquite Energy, Inc. and the Owner of Franklin Consulting, LLC and Franklin Cattle Company. Prior to their current roles, Roy held positions at Noble Energy and Rosetta Resources in various production and supervisory roles. With a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University, Roy has a diverse background that includes experience in welding and multi-skill labor.
